Throughout the year Little Athletics WA conducts a number of special events which involves competition between Centres. Athletes are encouraged to participate in these events as it provides them with the opportunity to compete against athletes from other centres at different venues. It also enables athletes from different clubs within our centre to compete together as a team. The special events comprise of both team competition and individual competition.
Dale LAC has specific criteria for selecting athletes for some events and further information can be obtained from the Championships and Special Events Officer.
A condition of nomination to some of these events is that a parent must be available for a roster on the competition days.
